Notations:
1. Land Sale means that the value was in the land or the structures were intended to be be torn down after purchase. The sale may have flowed through as residential.
2. Private Sale means that the property was not exposed to the MLS system and was handled outside of the public eye.
3. Bank Sale means that the property was taken back by the bank and sold at a discount. Banks have assistance in covering their shortages from the Federal Government. Therefore, there pricing is below market.
Fact: About half of all Lake Sales have Michael Morrison involved in the transaction, either with the buyer, seller or both. That means that thousands of agents are competing for the other sales. There is safety in numbers when you select the agent to represent your property.
